A Study On The The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The New Village Sages Promoting The Common Prosperity Of The Countryside

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism.Rural revitalization is the only way to achieve common prosperity.In the process of promoting the common prosperity of the countryside,the new villagers played an important role that can not be ignored.For a long time,our rural young and outstanding talents have been exported to the outside.Rural areas present a "sub-health" state of insufficient talents and serious structural imbalance,which brings negative and negative effects on the realization of common prosperity in rural areas.Only by actively introducing outstanding talents and giving play to the important role of new rural talents can we inject more impetus into the realization of common prosperity in rural areas.Based on the realistic background of rural revitalization and common prosperity,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,and combines the theory of good governance,incentive theory and multi-center governance theory to explore the realization mechanism of the new villagers to promote the common prosperity of rural areas.At present,due to the lack of system,insufficient incentive and poor coordination,there are some problems in the process of promoting rural common prosperity,such as the lack of industrial driving role,the lack of identity and the emphasis on material construction over spiritual construction.In view of the present situation of common prosperity in rural areas,this paper put forward from the build high quality development policy support system,construct platform for common prosperity in new follow villager to foster and improve the development plan in three aspects,the new follow villager promote rural common prosperity of the existing implementation countermeasures to improve optimization,to promote our country to achieve the goal of common prosperity...
