Research On The Optimization Of Government Functions In The Process Of Building Civilized Cities

The creation of a civilized city began in the 1980 s.After more than 40 years of development,it has become a highlight brand that major cities are competing to build.National Civilized City is an important starting point for cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism.It is a key measure to improve the overall quality of urban civilized cities and citizens,and is currently the highest honor in the comprehensive city evaluation in our country.And as the main body of urban construction,local governments have become an important issue for governments at all levels and academic circles to perform their functions in the process of creating civilized cities.Based on the research background,this paper focus on the theory of service-oriented government and collaborative governance,this study sorts out the performance results of Taishun city in building a civilized city,and through case analysis,we finds that the following problems still exist: standard formulation is not comprehensive,management and regulation needs to be strengthened,financial supply is insufficient,and effectiveness supervision needs to be improved.Aiming at the problems,measures are put forward :renew the concept,improve the guarantee,coordinated governance,normal long-term effect.We discuss the optimization of government functions in the civilized city construction of Taishun County,hoping to provide reference and reference for the civilized city creation and related research in similar cities...
