Research On Party Building At City Grassroots Level Of Beibei District,Chongqing

To do a good job in Party building at the city level,we must conscientiously implement the important directive spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening grass-roots party building grassroots governance.Urban grass-roots party building is the basis of community party organizations,autonomous organizations,government agencies,mass organizations,non-public economic organizations and social organizations to achieve the goal of co construction,resource sharing,mechanism convergence and function optimization,strengthen the political and service functions of grass-roots party organizations,lead grassroots governance innovation,and improve the level of urban grassroots governance A new pattern of Party building at different levels.Beibei District of Chongqing city insists on putting political construction in the first place,conscientiously implements the spirit of the relevant national and city level party building work meetings,and actively explores the work of urban grass-roots party building.Establish and improve the system of "double reporting","double reporting" and "three evaluation" for serving party members in the community,so as to drive the resources of the units stationed in the district to gather in the region,the role of Party members in the region,and the mass strength in the region.We should establish a grid party building working mechanism,and paper,Beibei District of Chongqing city is selected to study,a total of four parts.The introduction part.On the basis of reading some literature and analyzing relevant cases,this paper expounds the background of this topic.Based on the analysis of the theoretical and practical significance of the study,and combined with the existing literature,it is found that the academic circles have paid more attention to the study of the community party building,while the systematic research on the urban grass-roots party building is less,and there is no systematic practice in the actual work of the urban grass-roots party construction.According to the blank points found,the key and difficult points and possible innovation points are pointed out.The first part: an overview of Party building at the grassroots level in cities.First of all,it clarifies the related concepts of urban grass-roots party building,clarifies the connotation,basic requirements,direction and goal of Party building,the governance is not coordinated enough,and community talents are lack.The fourth part: the Countermeasures of further strengthening the urban grassroots party building in Beibei District of Chongqing.First,we should improve the working system and effectively enhance the systematicness,integrity and coordination of Party building at the grassroots level in cities.The second is to enhance the organizational strength,give full play to the advantages of urban grass-roots party building organizations,organizational functions and organizational strength.The third is to strengthen service
