Study On The Modernization Of "Country To Residence" Community In J District,L City

The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly promotes the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capacity,and the modernization of primary-level governance can promote the realization of the modernization of national governance.Primary-level governance is the micro foundation of national governance and local governance,the level and effectiveness of primary-level governance are directly related to the people’s well-being,and become the focal point of current primary-level social management.We will make innovations in primary-level governance to meet the people’s new expectations for a better life.Therefore,primary-level governance is related to the overall development of the country,the well-being of the people,as well as social harmony and stability.As a part of the primary-level governance,‘country to residence’ community is not only different from the rural areas,but also quite different from urban community primary-level governance,and its governance model has its own particularity.In this context,this paper chooses L city J district ‘country to residence’community as the research object,using the research method of literature,field investigation,case method,measurement analysis,widely collected in recent years in‘country to residence’ community governance measures and the present results.In this study,the modernization of primary-level governance in the ‘country to residence’community was analyzed comprehensively.On the basis of the visit and investigation,according to the basic situation of the community in the district,the questionnaire of the community in J district was designed,and distributed and collected.The questionnaire mainly investigated the effect of the modernization of primary-level governance from five dimensions: scientific development level,cultural construction,environmental construction,primary-level governance capacity construction and satisfaction.After sorting out the questionnaire data,SPSS 26.0 software was used for data processing,and the obtained data were quantitatively analyzed by constructing a structural equation model.Based on the empirical results analysis,combined with J district village in ‘country to residence’ community governance experience and problems,combined with the questionnaire residents reflect the need to improve,to optimize the village in ‘country to residence’ community governance,promoting modernization,and put forward the level of scientific development,strengthen cultural construction,strengthen environmental construction,strengthen the construction of specific suggestions from four aspects,to promote J district village in ‘country to residence’ community governance modernization research to provide theoretical reference.
