Study On Legal Behavior Control In Grassroots Traffic Police Law Enforcement

The acceleration of urbanization and the increasing number of traffic police in traffic order also increased accordingly.With the development and progress of society,citizens ’ awareness of personal rights is generally enhanced,but many people have not improved legal awareness of rights awareness.They do not understand or support the legitimate law enforcement behavior of traffic police,have biased understanding of legal authority,and do not understand the consequences of opposing legal behavior.Some people want to escape the law,others take the opportunity to vent their dissatisfaction;some only because the police management touched their personal interests and refused to obey,and even use violence against law enforcement.In a matter of fact,the influence variable of traffic resistance phenomenon is more complex,involving legislation,law enforcement,society and other dimensions.If the relevant problems exist for a long time,it will not only lead to the damage of the rights and interests of the traffic police,but also lead to social order disorder and the implementation of unhealthy tendencies among the people.To this end,it is urgent to crack down on the relevant legal behavior.In order to explore the current situation and reasons of traffic police law enforcement,this paper makes the specific analysis of AB City,on the premise of sorting out the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The investigation and research found that the number of traffic police law enforcement and law resistance behaviors in AB City is high,which will not only damage the physical and mental health of the traffic police,but also have a negative impact on the society.The main reason for the traffic police law enforcement is that on the one hand,in the system of Chinese laws and regulations,the lack of corresponding basis to punish abuse,slander and abuse of traffic police,and the card and police is not high,leading to the lighter crackdown on these violations;on the other hand,including prominent conflicts and parking,etc.Through the questionnaire survey and analysis,it was found that the problems existing in AB traffic police in law enforcement mainly include: traffic police encountered imperfect relevant laws and regulations,the negative impact caused by online media reports,improper procedures of traffic police in fighting the law,etc.Therefore,this paper believes that in view of the problems existing in the traffic police law enforcement and law resistance,we should improve the laws and regulations,set up the crime of attacking the police,strengthen media publicity,keep close contact between the police and the people,strengthen social collaborative governance and other measures to enhance the level of anti-law governance,and maintain a good travel order.
