Study On The Community Home Care In Wangchuanchang Street Of Tanjini

At present,China is one of the countries with the largest elderly population in the world and the fastest development of population aging.The proportion of the elderly population in the total population has risen to 12.6%.At the same time,China’s per capita GDP is only US $4000 when it is rapidly aging,and the elderly are not fully prepared for the elderly.Less than 2% of the people have comprehensive and systematic planning,which has the characteristics of "getting old before getting rich" and "getting old before getting ready".At the same time,90% of the elderly who are in good health and willing to stay with their children take home-based care.However,with the development of society,the function of traditional family care is weakened,and institutional care can not meet the needs of the elderly,so community home care emerges as the times require.Community home-based care combines the advantages of home-based care and institutional care,which not only meets the needs of the elderly not to leave their residence,but also meets the needs of the elderly to be taken care of.According to the above background,combined with the relevant theoretical research and advanced experience at home and abroad,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and so on.We launched the studies and analyzes about the home-based care in Wang Chuan Chang Street Community Hebei District Tianjin.The author conducted a sample survey of the seniors in 14 communities of Wang Chuan Chang street and collected 350 valid questionnaires.This paper focused on the current situation of the supply and demand of community home-based care services in Wang Chuan Chang street.We found that there are some problems in Wang Chuan Chang street community home-based care after comparing the service supply and service demand,which includes:information asymmetry,shortage of funds for development,mismatch between supply and demand,shortage of service personnel,low technical ability,low consumption enthusiasm of the elderly and so on.The author puts forward the countermeasures in line with the actual situation of Wang Chuan Chang street after combined with the successful cases home and abroad.The goal for this paper is to satisfy the seniors with the diversified needs by providing better and more accurately service,promote the healthy development of home-based care in Wang Chuan Chang community further on.
