| The resettlement of migrants in hydraulic projects is an important part of the project and the satisfaction of migrants reflects the effect of the implementation of resettlement and compensation policy.Improving the satisfaction of migrants is conducive to improving migrants’ willingness and stability. The role of perceived government support for migrants’ satisfaction has been agreed upon, but it is still a research priority to reveal the mechanism of perceived government support from different perspectives. This thesis reveals and validates the process by which migrants’ perceived government support influences satisfaction using psychological capital perspective as a mediator, combined with procedural justice as an organizational situational variable. In order to validate the theoretical model,a large-scale household interview and questionnaire survey(393 valid samples)was conducted with hydraulic project migrants, and the hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling(SEM).The main findings of the thesis are:(1)migrants’ psychological capital is positively related to migrants’ satisfaction;(2)migrants’ perceived government support as an energy resource can positively influence migrants’ satisfaction which is meditated by psychological capital;(2)procedural justice as an organizational contextual factor moderates the positive effect of government support on psychological capital, and the positive effect of perceived government support on psychological capital is stronger when the level of procedural justice is higher. This thesis is a valuable contribution to the study of the psychological capital and procedural fairness. This thesis strengthens the knowledge of the current state of the psychological capital and procedural fairness perceptions of hydraulic project migrants, reveals the paths that influence the satisfaction of hydraulic project migrants, enriches the research results of resource conservation theory, procedural fairness theory, and migration theory, and provides theoretical perspectives for the government and migrant management agencies to formulate resettlement and compensation policies, implement postemergency support measures, and effectively improve the satisfaction of hydraulic project migrants. It provides theoretical and practical suggestions for improving migrants’ satisfaction. |
