| In recent years, procedural justice in police law enforcement,as an important part of national judicial fairness and justice, has attracted more and more attention. At present, there are few research results on the application of police procedural justice perception, and the only research is mostly on the causes and countermeasures from the perspectives of law enforcement norms and police officers’ quality. However, the research on the sense of organizational justice that affects police behavior attitude is not enough, and there is a lack of empirical research support that affects the application of procedural justice.Based on this, this paper focuses on the relationship between the police’s sense of organizational justice and the application of procedural justice at work, with a view to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of police’s procedural justice enforcement by strengthening the organizational justice construction of public security organs.According to the research route of literature review, model construction, empirical test, qualitative interview and countermeasures, this study analyzes and explores the relationship between the sense of organizational justice of police and the application of procedural justice at work.Firstly, according to the social learning theory and other theoretical foundations,a theoretical research model that affects the application of police procedural justice perception is constructed.According to the maturity scale of Wang Xinyan and other scholars,a questionnaire was designed and a preliminary investigation was conducted.Based on the survey data of 350 policemen, the model path test and intermediary effect test were carried out by using SPSS26.0 and AMOS23.0 and other analysis software. The empirical results show that the sense of organizational justice of policemen has a significant positive impact on the perception and application of procedural justice.Among the three dimensions of organizational justice, besides procedural justice, distributive justice and interactive justice also have important positive effects on the perception and application of procedural justice.Meanwhile, police job satisfaction and organizational commitment play an intermediary role in the influence of organizational justice on the application of procedural justice.Secondly,in order to further explain the empirical results and put forward targeted countermeasures,10 police officers were selected for in-depth interviews, and the influencing factors of organizational justice and the cognitive status and differences of procedural justice were deeply explored. The interview results showed that police officers attached great importance to factors such as salary matching, open reward and punishment standards, leadership interaction and career management of police officers in terms of organizational justice perception, and at the same time, there were some cognitive biases and unique psychological resilience in police officers’ cognition of procedural justice. Finally, based on the research conclusion, this paper puts forward the path countermeasures from the aspects of fair construction of organization, improvement of law enforcement quality and efficiency, psychological construction and professional training of police,so as to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of police procedural justice, make up for the lack of police coercive power, and improve the public security organs’ law enforcement credibility. |
