In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of our army,it becomes difficult to solve the problem that how to deploy retired officers who are the most important human resources.The government arrangement policy increases the proportion of retired officers in the civil servants,which brings a huge test to the construction of the civil servants.Moreover,because of the huge difference between soldiers and civil servants,the problems of adaptability and development become the most intractable one.Some of retired officers even get lost and discontent,while there is few research about them.Therefore,the research of retired officers` job satisfaction may help us find the essence and improve the resettlement methods.Based on a lot of literature,this thesis determines the research topic and framework and puts forward the research hypothesis.According to the assumptions,job satisfaction of retired officers is regarded as the dependent variable,psychological capital is the adjustment variable,and the organizational responsibility of psychological contract,as well as the individual responsibility of psychological contract are the independent variables.The thesis investigates the relationships between job satisfaction,psychological capital and psychological contract in the form of questionnaires,exploring the intrinsic structure of the psychological contract.The method of exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis are used to analyst dates with AMOS and SPSS software.Firstly,the conclusions of this research verify that both of the organizational responsibility of psychological contract and individual responsibility of psychological contract are in a two-dimensional structure.The organizational responsibility of psychological contract includes the transaction dimension and the relationship dimension,and the individual responsibility of the psychological contract includes the comprehensive quality dimension and interpersonal harmony dimension.Secondly,the research confirms that the four dimensions of psychological contract are positively correlated with job satisfaction,but only transaction dimension and relationship dimension have good predictive power to job satisfaction.Further,psychological capital and its four dimensions,as optimism,self-confidence,hope,and toughness,all have a high correlation with job satisfaction.And the results of regulatory effect analysis shows that the psychological capital perform a significant positive regulation between the organizational responsibility of psychological contract and job satisfaction.But it is not significant between the individual responsibility of psychological contract and job satisfaction.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this thesis puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of placement method,psychological capital development and psychological contract fulfillment to improve the job satisfaction of retired officers.
