Reviewed the existing work-related injuries identified systemdeficiencies, combined with the various opinions in China’s Amendment Injury InsuranceRegulations, it is necessary to simplify our related injuries program, improve and thework-related injuries identified circumstances and apply prescription and evidential proofsystem to meet the actual requirement in our current injury insurance legal system.At present, in a period of social transition, with the establishment and developmentof China’s socialist market economic system, various forms of enterprises andemployment and complex labor relations appears in the new situation of the labor field.Due to the objective existence of the risk caused by occupational accidents andoccupational injury, illegal employment and the weak awareness of safety and health inthe work place and other reasons, industrial accidents occurred with a rising trend. Thecase of work-related injuries is not as simple as before, so it will complicate a workinjury relief channels and work-related injuries for the existence of labor relations andunderstanding of different work-related injuries identified. Since more and more disputesare caused by these related industrial injuries accreditation, industrial injuriesaccreditation of administrative disputes have become the urgent issues to be solvedurgently.
