| Food safety is a field that involves the happy life of the people and the healthy development of the country and society,and is the top priority in the field of people’s livelihood.After entering the information age and big data era,the transformation of the food industry from the traditional offline supply and marketing channel to the online ordering channel has become one of the most distinctive features of the industry.The traditional management methods and existing regulatory means have shown many shortcomings in the face of emerging supply and marketing forms.The frequent exposure of negative news related to food safety in the online channel has shown people’s trust in managers It has caused a serious negative impact on the authority and reliability of the regulatory authorities and the stability and development of society.The global outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019 has not been completely eradicated for the time being,and the society may enter a special historical period in the fight against epidemic disease for a long time.Under such a social background,the food supply and marketing in the form of online ordering has further accelerated its development with its high efficiency,low contact,and the creation of a large number of new jobs.It has become the most reliable food access channel in the daily life of consumer groups represented by the younger generation of consumers.At the same time,online ordering food also exposes problems such as backward means of regulatory authorities and lack of big data technology application.Therefore,it requires the government management departments to conduct reasonable and effective supervision with a more proactive attitude and a more professional management approach to avoid a series of unexpected situations such as outdated management methods,backward management means,and loopholes in management coverage.Therefore,in combination with the background of the new era,the regulatory departments at all levels of Chengdu Municipal Government attach great importance to the safety supervision and management of online food ordering,and have done a lot of work around the construction of the food safety regulatory system for online food ordering by Chengdu Municipal Government,such as carrying out the special rectification of the characteristic "Spring Thunder Action",actively promoting the electronic filing of online catering,and strengthening the review and registration of online catering,which have achieved certain results.This article is based on the actual situation of Chengdu government on the safety management of online food ordering,analyzes and discusses the problems,causes and regulatory countermeasures of online food ordering safety supervision,and analyzes the public satisfaction of Chengdu people on online food ordering safety through literature and news review,questionnaire research,field interviews,etc.,so as to reflect the current situation and problems of government supervision,Based on the characteristics of different types of online food,this paper explores the common problems of online food safety supervision in this city,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The research results show that the main problems of the food safety supervision of Chengdu municipal government online ordering are different in different types of online food fields.The conclusions drawn from the analysis are as follows: the relevant laws and regulations are incomplete,the supervision force is insufficient,the sampling level is low,and the supervision mode is single.The main reasons include the existence of blind spots in the supervision system,the failure to establish the supervision concept of "social co governance",the backward detection science and technology The supervision of network big data has not been strengthened.Targeted suggestions include: taking the theory of collaborative governance and digital governance as the main theoretical basis,forming a "diversified" governance pattern,improving regulatory coverage by means of multimedia publicity and employee training,introducing high-tech food testing methods to improve regulatory efficiency,and strengthening network big data food supervision.Through the above strategies and suggestions,this paper puts forward constructive and targeted suggestions,as well as new ideas and new ways of online food safety supervision in line with the current social status,in order to improve the food safety supervision system of online food ordering in Chengdu,so as to improve the food safety supervision efficiency of online food ordering in Chengdu. |
