A Study On The Improvement Strategy Of Tourism Public Service In Shanghai Huangpu River Riverside Leisure Belt

Since the 21 st century,Shanghai has developed rapidly in politics,economy and culture.From December 31,2017,Huangpu River riverside 45 kilometers of leisure belt from Yangpu Bridge to Xupu Bridge finally achieved connectivity and opening up.It took the government more than a decade to plan and build,will provide Shanghai citizens and tourists with a good quality of leisure and shared waterfront sightseeing space.Tourism has gradually become a pillar industry of the national economy,the pollution is small,the benefit is high,and can drive employment.Huangpu River riverside leisure belt with Shanghai as the city support,with the Huangpu River as a link,it connects many cultural industries,especially in the critical period of economic upgrading and transformation,the integration of culture and tourism has been realized.Tourism public services refer to the public welfare and basic tourism public services and products provided by the government or other economic organizations and social organizations to meet the public needs of domestic and foreign citizens and tourists,it is the basic condition for the normal operation of tourism activities.This study mainly divides tourism public services into four aspects: tourism infrastructure services,tourism information guidance services,tourism security services and tourism convenience and benefit services.With the gradual diversification of tourist demand and the gradual quality of life,they have put forward higher requirements for the construction of tourism public services.Huangpu River riverside leisure zone represents a part of Shanghai’s tourism image,only by continuously catering to the needs of tourists and doing innovation and optimization of tourism public services can tourists’ satisfaction and citizens’ sense of belonging be improved and the steady development of Shanghai tourism be promoted.This paper is based on the summary of the previous scholars related discussion and research results,firstly,it is oriented to the needs of tourists,in the form of questionnaire survey,the importance and satisfaction of tourists to the public service indexes of Huangpu River Riverside leisure belt were studied;combined with the author’s field investigation;after carefully screening the obtained data,descriptive statistical analysis and IPA analysis were carried out,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the tourism public service of Huangpu River Riverside leisure belt and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.The research and discussion of problems and suggestions are fully followed from big to small,from shallow to deep.It has a high reference value for public managers to optimize and upgrade the tourism public services of Huangpu River Riverside belt,for future scholars to further study,or for other cities or scenic spots to strengthen the construction of tourism public services.
