Research On The Issue Of Interest Coordination In The Construction Of The Riverside Public Space In Shanghai

Water is the source of life,an important carrier of a city,and inseparable from the development of the city.With the continuous development of social economy,the urban functional structure also changes.In the past,the waterfront urban area has gradually changed from industrial use to a diversified structure dominated by business,housing,park,green space,etc.,becoming a typical representative area of urban image and urban characteristics.In reality,the urban riverside public space occupies residential areas,disorderly renewal,disorderly construction and occupation,and damages land resources and ecology.Therefore,Riverside public space is an area that should be paid attention to in urban management.How to effectively realize the construction of urban riverside public space and coordinate the rights and interests of all stakeholders is an important problem to be solved.From the perspective of public management,combined with the commonly used stakeholder theory in enterprises,this paper enriches the theoretical basis of riverside public space,and discusses the relationship between the government,enterprises and two core stakeholders involved in the construction of riverside public space in Shanghai.From the point of view of the return of citizens to waterfront life,the improvement of urban living quality and the reasonable return of riverside public space,the balance between public interest and private interest,immediate interest and long-term interest,realistic policy and urban strategy should be sought.In terms of specific research methods,the field survey method is used to summarize the coordination of riverside interests in Huangpu District,analyze its methods and approaches,and achieve actual results;combined with case analysis method and comparative research method,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the smooth promotion of the construction of riverside public space in Shanghai,actively guides the rational construction and utilization of riverside public space in Shanghai,and improves the urban waterfront The public value of river public space.
