Research On The Construction Of Prison Police Force In Inner Mongolia In The New Era

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has profoundly expounded the importance of the building of the political and legal contingent in the new era from the strategic perspective of realizing the long-term peace and stability of the party and the country.As an important part of the political and legal contingent,the prison police undertake the special mission of maintaining harmony and stability and "reforming people",and must continuously strengthen the construction of their own contingent with higher standards and stricter requirements.Therefore,how to build a prison police force with a high professional level and excellent law enforcement level and achieve the greatest improvement in the management efficiency of the prison police force is a topic that needs to be continuously studied.This is of great practical significance for maintaining the security and stability of China’s prisons and achieving long-term peace and stability in the country.Taking Inner Mongolia E Prison as an example,combined with interviews with prison guards in front-line supervision positions,this paper summarizes the achievements made by Inner Mongolia E Prison in recent years in terms of strong quality police,cultural police training,preferential treatment of police,and strict management of police,but at the same time,it also exposes the problems of unreasonable allocation of police force,low professional identity,increasingly prominent psychological problems,insignificant incentive effect,and lack of network public opinion response ability in the construction of E prison.By using the theory of public sector human resources management,this paper analyzes the causes of the above problems from the aspects of system mechanism,management,education and training,and combining the two factor theory and the concept of team building,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the level of police force construction in Inner Mongolia E Prison from the aspects of police force allocation,education and training,paying attention to the psychological health of prison officers,targeted incentive reward and punishment mechanism,and strengthening network public opinion management,It is expected to provide some reference for the construction of prison police in the future.
