In order to realize the modernization,goodness and efficiency of the socialist prison system,we should pay more attention to the construction of prison police team.Taking plain prison in Henan Province as an example,this study attempts to use the human-oriented theory and incentive theory in management psychology,through the analysis of the basic structure,basic psychology and the current situation of organization construction of the prison police,to find out the problems of the prison police in the external environment and their own conditions of team construction,and accordingly put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to help the management and modernization of the prison police Prison system construction.In addition to the introduction,this research is divided into three parts: the first part is mainly descriptive research,mainly analyzing the current situation of the police force in the plain prison,mainly including the basic structure and psychological characteristics of the personnel and the overall status of the team building;the second part is an evaluation study based on the aforementioned descriptive research,pointing out that the current political quality of the police force is There are three major problems to be solved: to be improved,poor foundation of team specialization construction and insufficient protection of police rights and interests.The third part,aiming at the problems extracted in the second part,proposes to build a modern and governing prison,which should be achieved in the construction of the police force: strengthen education to improve the political literacy of the police force,strengthen the professional construction of the police force,improve the performance evaluation work and effectively protect the rights and interests of the police force. |
