Prison police is the body of the prison work. Youth prison police occupies a largeproportion in the police force, is the future of the prison work. Social common peoplepay less attention on the prison. Academic theory of police team management researchis mostly for the public security police. We discuss the causes of theseproblems and put forward some feasible countermeasures.
