Under the background of active and healthy aging, the state hopes that the supply of elderly care services for the elderly can be healthy and comprehensive,so as to ensure that the elderly can enjoy their old age in physical and mental health, and the smart elderly care services can meet the diverse needs of elderly care services. In line with the development background of active and healthy aging in my country,it is a pension model that the country should vigorously promote. The smart home care service model has many advantages, but there are also shortcomings, especially in view of the fact that the development of the smart home care model in my country has not been fully developed, many elderly people are not familiar with smart care, and due to the information technology restrictions, resulting in a deep digital divide for the elderly in smart home care services. In order to have a deeper understanding of the digital divide of smart home care services, this paper first expounds the relevant background of smart home care services, has a clear understanding of the current situation of population aging in my country, and clarifies the main purpose and significance of this research. In this way,we conduct surveys and interviews with a purpose, and combine the concepts of home-based care, smart home-based care and smart home-based care services,as well as related theories such as active and healthy aging theory, welfare pluralism theory, and digital divide theory as the theory of this article.in accordance with. This research selects Shanghai Pudong New Area as the main research object, and proposes three research hypotheses about the digital divide:(1)The more complex the functions of smart elderly care service facilities, the greater the digital divide that is difficult for the elderly to accept; As the demander of elderly care services, the less information and technology the elderly have, the greater the digital divide for smart home-based elderly care; The article uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method to conduct an interview with the implementation status of its smart home care service.Through the analysis of the survey and interview results,it has a preliminary understanding of the situation of the smart home care service in Pudong New Area, and understands its role in the smart home care service.Corresponding results have been achieved in home-based elderly care services;but at the same time,it is also found that due to the insufficient grasp of Internet information technology by the elderly, there is still a certain digital gap in smart elderly care services, which mainly include access gaps, knowledge gaps and usage gaps.,which also verifies the research hypothesis proposed in this paper.Due to the existence of these digital divides, the acceptance of smart elderly care services by the elderly is not high.In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes the following optimization strategies:(1)Promote the concept of smart elderly care and technical education to bridge the knowledge gap;(2)Improve the elderly care information platform, simplify the operation and facilitate the use of the elderly;(3)Improve the policy mechanism and bridge the gap in the use of smart elderly care:(4)Strengthen the construction of elderly care service talents to ensure the quality of smart elderly care services. |
