Research On The Supply Of Community Home-based Elderly Care Services In Nanchang From The Perspective Of Welfare Pluralism

In recent years,the proportion of the elderly population in my country has remained high,and the degree of aging has continued to deepen.The pension problem has become a major challenge for the Chinese government and society.Due to changes in the social structure,the traditional family pension model has been difficult to fully bear the burden of supporting the elderly.The elderly care institutions charge high fees and the distance from their relatives is difficult for the elderly to accept,making the community pension model a new trend.Gradually gain the favor of the elderly.As a new type of old-age care model,community-based elderly care takes the family as the core and the community as the service platform.It brings together various resources such as the government,the market,and non-profit organizations.It not only meets the emotional needs of the elderly to be close to home,but also allows them to Enjoying professional services can be said to be a multi-pronged approach to retirement.Therefore,from the perspective of welfare pluralism,this thesis studies the supply of community elderly care services in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province.This thesis takes my country’s national conditions and the aging status of Nanchang City as the starting point.By sorting out the theoretical and practical significance of the supply of community elderly care services,this thesis proposes the research method and basic framework of this thesis,and discusses the community care theory,welfare pluralism theory and synergy.The governance theory is elaborated as a theoretical basis for analyzing the supply of community elderly care services.At the same time,in-depth research is carried out in combination with domestic and foreign literature on the main body of community elderly care service supply,supply status and problems,and supply mechanism.This article takes each service provider as the entrance,and uses interviews and questionnaires to conduct in-depth investigations to understand the current situation of home-based elderly care service supply in Nanchang City.Market participation is not high,community pension function is weak,non-profit organization participation is low,family pension resources are insufficient,and cooperation between multiple supply entities is not smooth.By analyzing the causes of the problem,and sorting out two excellent domestic community elderly care practice cases,we have selected valuable experience suitable for the development of community elderly care services in Nanchang,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving community elderly care services in Nanchang from the perspective of various supply entities.,including: 1.clarifying the government’s responsibilities;2.mobilizing market forces;3.strengthening community functions;4.leveraging social organizations;5.encouraging family members to participate;6.building a collaborative governance system.To enable each subject to give full play to their own greatest advantages,and to help the supply of home-based elderly care services in Nanchang City to flourish.
