| Along with the social economic development and urbanization,the population of the cities is increasing geometrically,and the problems such as traffic obstruction and air pollution are highlighted.The birth of shared bikes is significant in alleviating such "urban diseases".It is flexible,low-carbon and environmentally friendly.With the help of modern Internet platform technologies,shared bicycles connect with urban public transport networks,making "last mile" travel in cities more reasonable and efficient.However,the problem of bike-sharing governance cannot match the huge expectation of the public.It is urgent to solve the problem of bike-sharing governance.In order to seek measures to solve the problems of urban bike-sharing governance,this thesis takes Changsha City as an example,analyzes the development status of bike-sharing in Changsha City and understands various documents and policies issued by Changsha City for bike-sharing.Through literature search,data analysis of questionnaire survey and interviews with the government and bike-sharing market personnel,this thesis explores the crux of the governance problem of shared bikes in Changsha City and in-depth reason analysis.In this thesis,through the network governance theory,multi-center governance theory is applied to the Shared cycling treatment in changsha city,analyzing the feasibility of using collaborative governance theory,from the perspective of government,market and society,through strengthening the government leading role,strengthen market management level,carry out many measures and management methods,set up the government,market and the public as the main body in the joint,We will give full play to government coordination,market initiative and public awareness to achieve shared governance,sharing and sustainable development of shared bikes. |
