At present,with the rapid development of economy and society,science and technology change with each passing day,the means and methods of urban management are also updated due to the iteration of technology,and urban management is gradually moving from digital to intelligent.For example,the application of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,Internet and cloud computing in urban management,the integration and iteration of intelligent integrated public data platform,and the upgrading and transformation of relevant application systems have effectively improved the scientific level of urban management decision-making and reduced the administrative cost of urban operation.It covers more areas of "weak supervision" and "zero supervision" of urban management.Based on this,this thesis conducts a thematic study on the construction of smart urban management in L District of W City.First of all,this thesis expounds the construction background and theoretical and practical significance of smart urban management,and combs the relevant research progress at home and abroad.Secondly,this thesis explains the related concepts of urban management,smart city and smart urban management in turn,and explains the application of related theories such as polycentric governance theory,public participation theory and technological governance theory.Finally,this thesis analyzes the current situation,application system and effectiveness of smart urban management construction in L District of W City,and analyzes the problems and shortcomings in smart urban management construction in L district by means of case analysis,literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.On this basis,On system construction,infrastructure construction,training mechanism,analyzing the citizen participation and so on many factors,and puts forward the top design,the development attaches great importance to wisdom urban management,advanced technology,to strengthen the construction of cadres,rich platform function,to guide the optimum path of citizen participation,continue to increase the practical application of wisdom of the watch,So as to promote the modernization of urban governance capacity and governance system.
