Study On The Urban Wisdom Management In Lucheng District Of Wenzhou City

As the city scale expands unceasingly in our country,city will face in the development of economic,ecological,environmental,social and many other problems,which restricts the to improve the quality of life of urban residents.Urban wisdom management is to the introduction of the information technology,network technology and management science to management,so as to effectively solve the environmental pollution,large energy consumption,the urban traffic congestion,health care and education problems such as wasting resources,for the urban residents to provide more quality services.Therefore,the introduction of intelligent management in the urban management idea is the direction of future urban development.In this paper,the use of literature research,questionnaire survey,SWOT analysis and other methods to focus on urban wisdom management in Lucheng District of Wenzhou City,and analyzes the current situation of urban intelligence management.The study finds that the current Lucheng District has some problems in the city’s smart management such as the lack of co-ordination of the government’s wisdom in urban smart management,inadequate facilities for smart management platforms,lack of innovation,and inadequate information security protection measures.Using the theory of new public management,seamless management theory and the concept of smart city,this paper analyzes the causes of Lucheng District’s problems in urban smart management.The study believes that Lucheng District needs to strengthen the leading role of the government in enhancing urban intelligence management effectiveness,create a smart government,and increase urban intelligence management;Secondly,we must optimize the government’s smart work flow,build a smart municipal service system,and constantly improve the smart infrastructure;and then we must base ourselves on management innovation and build an urban intelligence management platform;finally,we must strengthen the training and introduction of professional talents,and at the same time pay attention to information security.Hoping to sum up the experience of urban wisdom management in Lucheng District of Wenzhou City,and help to improve the level of urban wisdom management in Lucheng District.
