Research On Refined Logistics Management Of Jinggangshan Red Training Institution

With the rapid development of red training across the country,Jinggangshan red training institutions are facing huge competitive pressure.As an important part of training,logistics management is also facing pressure to improve itself.In order to further improve the satisfaction of trainees and ensure the normal development of training,the logistics management department of N base took the initiative to reform and began to promote the refined logistics management.However,due to the lack of theoretical guidance and management experience,as well as objective factors such as being located in remote mountainous areas for a long time,the refined logistics management of N base still fails to achieve the expected goals,and there are still many problems.Through the satisfaction questionnaire survey,combined with the current situation of the promotion of refined logistics management in N Base,this thesis conducts staged evaluation and comprehensive analysis,and summarizes the problems still existing in the refined logistics management in N Base,such as low satisfaction of trainees,imperfect management system,unclear job responsibilities,work processes and work standards divorced from reality,ineffective implementation of cost control and performance appraisal,and no substantial improvement of staff quality.Through interviews with service and management personnel at all levels of logistics,the author analyzed and summarized the above problems caused by weak organizational and personnel foundation,weak basic work of logistics management,lack of self correction and self-improvement in system setting,low efficiency of information transmission,and limited professional level of supervisors.Combined with work practice,this thesis analyzes the possible optimization direction of the current refined management method of N base by using the method of literature research,and puts forward some refined management optimization measures,such as strengthening the basic guarantee of logistics management,optimizing the organization and personnel of logistics service enterprises,improving the logistics service management system,optimizing the information collection and processing ability,and optimizing the supervision mode,so as to improve the refined management of logistics in N base and improve the satisfaction of trainees The purpose of improving logistics management efficiency and team execution,and reasonably controlling costs.In this thesis,taking student satisfaction as a quantitative indicator,we organized a verification test in some departments of logistics service enterprises in the N base,first implemented refined management optimization measures in a small scale,and then reorganized the questionnaire survey after optimization.Based on the comparison of the department before and after the optimization,the feasibility of the optimization measures was preliminarily verified by the comparison between the department and other departments that have not yet implemented the optimization measures,laying a good foundation for the next step to comprehensively promote the refined optimization of logistics management.
