With a large number of national governance tasks sinking to the grass-roots level,especially in rural centers with rural revitalization as the main line,township cadres,as the most grass-roots administrative staff,have increased a lot of work tasks and felt more pressure.However,under the condition that the welfare benefits of township cadres do not increase,compared with the change gap between the working environment of towns and cities in recent years,and under the condition that the work tasks,pressures and welfare benefits do not match,the problems increase,and the loss of township cadres is obvious,especially the loss of young township cadres.The problem of the loss of young township cadres is undoubtedly a crisis for the construction and development of township cadres,as well as a challenge of a new era,and it also affects the interests of the masses.Therefore,it is necessary to study the causes and analyze the countermeasures of the loss of young cadres in villages and towns.By using the methods of literature review,individual interview and comparative study,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the data of young cadres’ loss in A county and B township in recent ten years,and analyzes the current situation,characteristics and causes of young cadres’ loss.It is found that there are two peak points in 2015 and 2019,and there are subjective and objective reasons for the loss of young cadres: First,young cadres’ high quality,variability and pursuit will not stop at the township and the young cadres’ life and choose to leave the township voluntarily for personal reasons.Second,compared with cities and counties,towns and villages have weak software and hardware environment,heavy work pressure,less welfare,lack of staff in higher authorities and departments,and loss of township cadres.By using the horizontal comparison of two or more subjects,it makes a clearer and more objective analysis of the differences in the attraction of young cadres in different environments of towns and cities and counties.By using the method of longitudinal comparison of the same subject in different time periods,and comparing the severity of the loss of young cadres in ten years,the direct impact of township pressure on the loss of young cadres can be directly obtained.Using Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor incentive theory and relevant talent flow theory,this paper puts forward two ways to solve the problem of the loss of young cadres in villages and towns,namely,optimizing the flow path of young cadres in villages and towns and optimizing the construction of cadres in villages and towns.It is to encourage,train and promote young cadres,improve the environment to retain young cadres,improve the mechanism to ensure the orderly flow of cadres,and provide guidance and guidance to improve the overall team building of township cadres to solve the problem of the loss of young cadres in towns and villages.
