Study On The Leading Role Of Communist Youth League Organization In Middle School Moral Education

Young students are the fundamental hope for the prosperity of a country.Since Chinese Communist Youth League inception,the secondary school Communist Youth League has taken the in-depth implementation of the Communist Party of China’s programme as its goal of struggle,and has always taken the Party’s guiding ideology as the organisation’s supreme guide to action.As society enters a stage of rapid development,the construction of the ideological and moral qualities of secondary school students is particularly important,and secondary school education should be aimed at cultivating socialist successors and builders with comprehensive development of morality,intellect,physique,aesthetics and labour;while the secondary school Communist Youth League organisation,due to its unique attributes as a group,has always based its work on the level of moral education,so the secondary school Communist Youth League organisation should take up the task of cultivating the new generation of the times.It should continue to play the role of a bridge between the Communist Party of China and secondary school students,make good use of its organizational advantages and characteristics,to play a good link between the party and students in school moral education,lead the majority of young students to grow up healthily,and become the executors who can shoulder the responsibility of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Because the Communist Youth League organization plays an important leading role in the moral education of middle school,this paper chooses the Communist Youth League organization in middle school which is closely related to school moral education as the research object.By means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and field research,taking Y Middle School of Zhaoqing City as a case example,this paper investigates and analyzes the organization of the Communist Youth League in middle school,moral education in middle school and the relationship between them.Following the basic idea of "literature analysis,reality analysis,problem exposition,reason analysis and countermeasures",this paper sorts out the way for the Communist Youth League Organization to play a leading role in the moral education of middle school and finds some problems.First,due to the political nature of the Communist Youth League in middle school,its function of moral education is easy to be ignored and its carrier of moral education cannot be fully developed.Second,due to the influence of time,environment and other factors,students’ understanding of the Communist Youth League in middle school has weakened,resulting in the lack of effectiveness of the league organization to unite young students.Third,the high mobility of Communist Youth League cadres and the lack of cooperation with other school administrative departments reflect the defects of the cooperative management mechanism of the Communist Youth League organization in middle school.Fourthly,the position construction of the middle school League school needs to be deepened,which is mainly reflected in the lack of perfect system guarantee of the middle school League school,which leads to the failure of systematic setting of the content of the league class and the lack of guarantee of the teaching period of the league school,and the failure of the education effect of the middle school League school.Middle school is a crucial period for the growth of teenagers.The effect of moral education in middle school will play a decisive role in the lifelong development of students.The secondary school Communist Youth League organizations must lead the ideological and moral education of young people and give play to the role of the Communist Youth League organizations as the Party’s assistant and reserve force.Through the study of the role of the middle school Communist Youth League organization in school moral education,it is beneficial to improve the ability of Communist Youth League to organize and implement moral education,to enhance the construction of political ideology and morality during student,to promote the development of positive campus atmosphere,and to help students establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.
