| Nowadays,great achievements have been made by construction of social organizations in China.Among all the social organizations,youth social organizations have attracted more and more attention because they played an increasingly important role in leading youth culture,serving youth requirements,expanding social participation,and promoting social construction.Meanwhile,The CPC Central Committee also demanded Communist Youth League to "unite youth social organizations closely by more communications,services and guidance." In the new era,one problem that need to be carefully considered and resolved by Communist Youth League,that is how can the Communist Youth League play its role as CPC’s assistant and reserve,build bridge between the Party and the youth,inspire the energy of youth social organizations,ensure to cooperate well with youth social organizations.This thesis tries to investigate and research the development status of youth social organizations at the county level(example of Wencheng County),and to explore main factors that limit the development of local youth social organizations.Then this thesis suggests that the Communist Youth League should establish an equal and cooperative relationship with youth social organizations,and create a win-win situation in the interaction.Theory of this thesis is based on the opposition and coupling relationship between the Communist Youth League and youth social organizations,and the research methods mainly include literature research,field visit,questionnaire survey,induction summary and other methods.At the same time,this thesis is trying to design the main countermeasures to build cooperative relationship between the Communist Youth League and youth social organizations in the new period,according to the practical experience of advanced cities in China.This thesis analyzes the main factors that restrict the development of youth social organizations,and suggests that the Communist Youth League should establish an interactive relationship of equal cooperation with youth social organizations.There is a theoretical innovation by comparing with the "superior subordinate relationship" viewpoint and the construction of "hub social organizations" theory.Meanwhile,the thesis proposes that the Communist Youth League should establish an equal and cooperative relationship with youth social organizations.In addition,the thesis also gives four reasonable and feasible suggestion for strengthening the cooperative development between the Communist Youth League and youth social organizations,and then provides some ideas and path references for the Communist Youth League and the youth social organizations to achieve win-win cooperation at the county-level. |
