Young civil servants at the grassroots level are the practitioners of the "last mile".Under the background of comprehensively deepening reform today,the emergence of vocational subjects such as salary and income,job promotion,assessment and evaluation,administrative accountability and crisis response have brought opportunities and challenges to young civil servants at the grassroots level,but also caused them physical exhaustion and psychological pressure.In the current reality,the high load of work intensity and pressure,derived a series of hidden dangers can not be ignored.For example,some grassroots youth are overwhelmed with pressure,resign from public office,suffer from anxiety and depression,and even choose to end their lives.In order to identify the sources of work pressure of young civil servants at grassroots level and explore the characteristics of work pressure sources of young civil servants at grassroots level,this study systematically combs the domestic and foreign research status of the theory of stress sources,young civil servants at grassroots level,work pressure and the research status of coping strategies of work pressure of civil servants by referring to literature and materials.Based on literature review,the definition and understanding of the concept of pressure source theory,young grassroots civil servants and work pressure is clarified.In the process of carrying out specific research,this study firstly summarizes and sorts out six main stressors,such as work load,interpersonal relationship,work-family conflict,career development,ability panic and accountability assessment,which may exist in grassroots young civil servants in Linyi City through in-depth interviews,and makes corresponding assumptions.Then,according to the challenge-obstacle stressor theory,six major stressors were analyzed,and the classification hypothesis was made to construct the theoretical model.Then,through the preparation of the stressor scale,pre-survey and formal investigation,the hypothesis was empirically studied.Finally,aiming at the main stressors in six aspects,14 coping strategies were put forward,including "sorting out and establishing the analysis model of civil servants’ challenge-obstacle stressors" and "establishing the classified coping mechanism of "challenge-obstacle stressors".
