As the main force in my country’s comprehensive rescue force,the fire rescue team is shouldering various arduous tasks such as firefighting,rescue and immediate rescue.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the gradual development of the country’s deepening institutional reforms,the functions of the fire rescue team have also changed accordingly.The tasks undertaken by firefighters are more diversified,diversified,and varied,and the work responsibilities of firefighters have become more difficult.The change of job functions makes their work pressure continue to increase.Excessive work pressure may reduce firefighters’ job satisfaction,negative work,and affect their physical and mental health,which will cause the firefighter’s turnover rate to continue to rise,which is not conducive to the harmonious and stable development of the fire rescue team.This article attempts to intervene in the work pressure of firefighters through social work,and to understand the working environment of firefighters and the causes of their pressure.At the same time,giving treatment assistance based on their personal circumstances,alleviating the work pressure of firefighters,and creating a comfortable and harmonious working atmosphere for firefighters,which not only helps to improve their work efficiency,but is also important for the healthy,harmonious and stable development of the fire rescue team significance.This article mainly starts from the theories of work pressure,stressors and individual social work,focuses on the work characteristics of firefighters,and combines the concept of helping people in social work to carry out research on alleviating work pressure of firefighters.At the same time,they went deep into the fire brigade of District F to conduct field investigations,and learned about the cause of firefighters’work pressure by issuing questionnaires and field interviews.And use the method of casework to carry out case intervention with representative firefighter Wang.Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of social work in alleviating the work pressure of firefighters according to specific cases,and give reasonable optimization opinions for specific problems. |
