As nationwide reforms such as the deepening of supply-side structural reform continue to deepen,tax authorities have been playing an important role in stimulating the vitality of market players and ensuring steady economic growth.However,with the increase of the workload of the tax department,the level of social civilization is higher and higher.The tax cadres are faced with more and more strict work requirements and higher public expectations.The work pressure is increasing with each passing day,and the burnout is becoming more and more fierce.The health and stability of the tax collection team is an important guarantee for the orderly promotion of tax collection and an important condition for the stable development of national economy.The job burnout of tax cadre seriously affects the quality and efficiency of tax work and the spirit of tax team.Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze the current situation of Y County tax cadres’ job burnout seriously,and explore its causes in depth,and then propose solutions to Y County tax cadres’ job burnout.First of all,this paper has read a large number of domestic and foreign scholars’ research literature,learning scholars in different perspectives on the problem of job burnout research methods,analysis of the impact of job burnout research,countermeasures of the theoretical results in the writing of the paper to be referenced and used for reference.Secondly,combining with the current situation of Y County tax cadres’ burnout and referring to the MBI-GS burnout scale,the questionnaire was prepared.Through a series of steps such as issuing and recycling the questionnaire,the influencing factors of Y County tax cadres’ burnout were analyzed from the aspects of personal development,organizational performance and tax payment relationship,and the reasons for Y County tax cadres’ burnout were further explored.Thirdly,the paper proposes and designs solutions to the problem of job burnout of tax cadres in Y County starting from three aspects: individual,organization and society.Individuals should improve their ability to adapt to the new work situation,establish reasonable career expectations,and develop scientific career planning.Organization through the unimpeded cadre growth and promotion space,reasonable allocation of personnel posts,improve the internal control system and other aspects;The society should make joint efforts to solve the problem of job burnout of tax cadres in Y county by establishing a good image of tax authorities,adding social support to build a harmonious relationship between tax collection and payment,and guiding the public to establish reasonable expectations for civil servants.Finally,safeguard measures are put forward to ensure that Y County tax cadre burnout settlement case can be successfully landed.The study of this paper tries to solve the problem of the tax cadres of Y County tax Bureau’s occupational fatigue,so that the tax cadres of Y County can regain the high morale of love and dedication,strive for progress,improve the level of tax service,and better practice the Chinese tax spirit of " loyalty and responsibility,worship law and discipline,revitalize tax power".
