The level of township public officials’ input has a direct impact on the level of township public officials’ policy implementation.Therefore,it is very important to stimulate the work enthusiasm of township public officials,reduce job burnout,increase their work investment level and improve the quality of civil servants.Therefore,Taking township public officials in X county of Guizhou Province as the research object,this study analyzes the impact of township public officials’ sense of organizational support on job involvement and the intermediary role of job burnout by using the methods of questionnaire and statistical analysis,discusses the impact relationship between township public officials’ sense of organizational support,job burnout and job involvement,and puts forward suggestions to reduce their level of job burnout and improve job involvement.In terms of theoretical research,this paper analyzes and arranges the theory and scale of job burnout,the theory and scale of organizational support,and the theory and scale of job engagement by combing the literature at home and abroad and using the method of literature analysis.Combined with the theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a theoretical research model,and puts forward the research hypothesis that the impact of organizational support on job engagement takes job burnout as the regulating variable.This paper takes the actual situation of 263 township public officials in X county of Guizhou Province as the data sample,uses the statistical analysis method for empirical research,and uses SPSS 21.00 software to analyze the sample data.The data analysis shows that:(1)the sense of organizational support of township public officials is positively correlated with job involvement and its sub dimensions;(2)The job burnout of township public officials is negatively correlated with job involvement and its sub dimensions;(3)The sense of organizational support of township public officials is negatively correlated with job burnout;(4)The job burnout of township public officials plays a mediating role in the sense of organizational support and job involvement.Based on the research results of this paper,the corresponding opinions and suggestions are put forward from the following aspects: on the one hand,by establishing a harmonious organizational cultural atmosphere,strengthening communication between organizations,creating a fair and just environment,formulating reasonable incentive and assessment mechanism and career planning,and constructing classified training and psychological stress relief mechanism to increase the texture of the organization,So as to improve the work input level of township public officials in X county,Guizhou Province.
