| Rural issues have always been the key to social development and change,and also an important part of national harmony and stability.For a long time,due to the significant characteristics of urban-rural dual social structure,there is a phenomenon of interest imbalance in rural areas in economic,political,cultural and other aspects,and the rights that farmers can enjoy as citizens are also missing.The supply of rural community services is in an unbalanced state.There are some problems,such as insufficient supply,unreasonable supply structure and low supply efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the effective supply of rural community services.From the mutual aid and cooperation services spontaneously formed among villagers to the collective services of the integration of government and society,and then to the government led,encouraging and supporting multiple subjects to participate in rural community services,the rural service supply policies formulated by the government are gradually improving according to the periodic changes of social form,economic operation status and social development level,which provide services for rural communities The ability of service is also increasing,but the market,society and other service providers are relatively immature,which brings challenges for them to enter the rural community to provide services and how to cooperate with the existing rural community service providers.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct in-depth research on the collaborative practice of multiple subjects in rural community service supply.The author analyzes the coordination difficulties of different service providers and discusses the optimization path based on the research on the service carried out by M community in the pilot project of “good community”.Firstly,the paper uses participatory observation and interview to find the problems in the process of cooperation.It mainly summarizes from three aspects: dissatisfaction with local conditions,insufficient power and unbalanced status.As the external community service subject,LZ social organizations are not familiar with the service environment and objects,and there are some problems of embedding difficulties and taking concessions for taking the initiative.M community as the main body is the main part The passive service subject can not accept the LZ social work organization and related services quickly,which has the problems of conflict between administrative management and social service project and the lack of villagers’ participation in service.At the same time,the LZ social organization has also caused the imbalance of the status of the service subjects,and the problems of market subject marginalization,asymmetric dependence on community and social organization action appear.However,this attempt can not only improve the service quality and level of rural communities,but also play an active role in the adjustment and game between the multi-agent community governance.Secondly,the paper analyzes the relevant theoretical knowledge of Multi-Agent Coordination in rural service supply by means of literature analysis,and analyzes the reasons for the collaborative dilemma of LZ social organizations,M communities,property and villagers from three different levels:political and social interaction,inertia restriction and objective reality.Finally,in order to promote the construction of rural communities and improve the service level of each subject,the paper puts forward the suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the mechanism guarantee of diversified development of each service subject,external and internal improvement of social organizations,the establishment of multi-subject discussion platform,the establishment of volunteer incentive mechanism,the implementation of limited marketization and the cultivation of social organizations in the community. |
