Research On The Problem Of Smart Senior Care Service In Dongsheng District,Ordos City

In recent years,the senior population in Dongsheng District,Ordos City has continued to grow and has gradually entered an aging society.Actively developing smart senior care services is an effective way to deal with the problem of population aging.However,there are still some problems in the development of smart senior care services,which restrict the development of smart senior care services.This article takes smart senior care as the starting point,combines Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,welfare pluralism theory,and smart city theory.It uses literature analysis,interviews,questionnaire surveys and case studies to sort out the status quo of senior care services in Dongsheng District.The current policy background for the development of smart senior care services in the district is summarized,and the achievements of smart senior care services in the district are described.By issuing questionnaires,with the perspective of stakeholder groups,the situation of the development of smart senior care services in Dongsheng District was investigated.At the same time,analyzing the results of the questionnaire,combined with field research,it is concluded that the current situation in the joint development of smart senior care services by society,the market,enterprises,and the government,there are insufficient awareness and acceptance of the senior,low level of intelligent products,lack of human resources,and society.The problem of low capital participation rate.The reason is mainly reflected in subjective ideological understanding,government positioning,market mechanism,and funding input.On the basis of the foregoing,combined with the successful experience and beneficial enlightenment at home and abroad,it is proposed to further improve the development of smart senior care services in Dongsheng District,Ordos City,to strengthen top-level design,strengthen infrastructure construction,strengthen professional talent team construction,promote market development,and increase Countermeasures and suggestions in five aspects of large publicity and promotion efforts.It is hoped that the research results will help promote the government and relevant departments to better deal with the aging problem,and provide valuable reference suggestions for promoting social harmony.
