| With the increasing severity of the aging of the society,China has adjusted the family planning policy according to the needs of the population.From the one-child policy、two-child policy to universal two-child policy,and then the Three-Child Policy,China aims to further optimize the population structure and provide a steady stream of sustainable power for economic and social development.The implementation of the Three-Child Policy is also closely related to the employment situation,especially for women who are already vulnerable in the employment process.In this paper,author has taken Suzhou Industrial Park as an example,using questionnaire survey,interview,literature analysis and other methods to deeply analyze the employment status of women in this area under the background of the current policy.This paper also analyzes the reasons,and proposes solutions.Surveys show that women are at a disadvantage from entering the workforce to advancing their careers to leaving the workforce under the policy.In response to the negative influence of the current policy on the female employment,this paper puts forward that under the leading of the government,it is necessary to combine the effort of the government,employers,society and employees,to ease the discrimination that will encounter in the process of female employment,to promote women to find jobs and better realize personal value,in order to promote the implementation of current policy and better provide a good social environment. |
