| Along with the change of the birth policy,the "two-child comprehensive policy" will have various impacts on the employment problems of urban women.The "two-child" policy has caused the employment discrimination problem faced by women to cause widespread concern.How to coordinate and deal with the new dilemma faced by women in employment under the background of “comprehensive two children”,improve the problems of women’s employment security,promote the implementation of the “two-child” policy,reduce gender discrimination in the labor market,and promote social equity development.Great significance.In the context of the implementation of the “comprehensive two-child” policy in Jiangxi Province,this paper combines public management related theories,methods of acquisition and interviews to conduct research on urban women’s employment and employment security.Firstly,it analyzes the impact of the “two-child” policy on women’s employment and security.Secondly,it analyzes the problems of employment security for urban women of childbearing age in Jiangxi Province from laws and regulations,supporting policies and childcare facilities.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the employment and security of urban women of childbearing age in Jiangxi Province,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of perfecting the legal system,establishing supporting policies,and increasing the investment of child care institutions,and promoting the improvement of relevant safeguard measures. |
