The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "create a glorious social style of labor and a dedication to excellence." Dedication as a value pursuit is not only the basic content of the moral construction of our citizens,but also an important part of our socialist core values.At present,with the transformation of the main contradictions in our society,our social development has also begun to enter a new historical stage.Cultivating new-age workers with correct professional cognition,good professional emotions,firm professional beliefs and upright and innovative professional behaviors has become a new requirement for the development of the times.As the reserve force of our country’s education and the main force of the future faculty,college normal students bear the sacred mission of teaching and educating people and rejuvenating the country.To study the status quo of the professionalism of teacher students in the new era,and to solve the problems in the process of cultivating the professionalism of teacher students.This is not only to enrich the connotation of professionalism of the times,to improve the objective requirements of the professional ethics of teacher students,but also to implement the core values of socialism in depth.It is an urgent need to implement the fundamental task of Lide to foster people and realize the strategy of strengthening the country through education,and to promote the development of national education.Investigating the status quo of the dedication of normal university students in the new era,analyzing existing problems and proposing corresponding countermeasures have become an important research topic.This research is divided into five parts,namely:Introduction.This part mainly elaborates the research origin,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,research methods,research important and difficult points,and innovations and deficiencies.The first part is an overview of the relevant theories about the dedication of normal university students in the new era.On the basis of clarifying the concepts of the new era,dedication,and the dedication of normal students in the new era,this part combs Marx’s relevant expositions on dedication.In addition,this part is based on the development of the era of professionalism combined with the historical evolution of the Communist Party of China,combing the Communist Party of China’s thoughts on professionalism in the three important stages of the socialist investigation and analysis of the status quo of the professionalism of normal university students in the new era.This study uses the research method of questionnaire survey to survey some normal colleges in Guangxi.Through the collection,sorting,statistics,and analysis of the information in this questionnaire,it is found that some positive progress has been made in the dedication of normal university students in the new era.For example,the importance of the cultivation of dedication of normal students has been valued;it is helpful to strengthen normal colleges.Professional ethics education;correct recognition of the particularity of the future occupation of normal students.Nevertheless,we still cannot ignore some of the existing problems,which are mainly manifested as insufficient professionalism awareness,shallow professionalism,low professionalism beliefs and deviations in professional behavior.Based on the existing problems,this article analyzes the reasons from the social level,school level,and individual level of the country,so as to lay the foundation for the following countermeasures for the cultivation of professionalism of normal university students in the new era.The fourth part is the countermeasures to cultivate the dedication spirit of normal university students in the new era.Combining the relevant data analysis results of the questionnaire survey,it proposes the cultivation path to improve the professionalism of college teachers in the new era from the national and social level,school level and individual level.Specifically,at the national and social level,it mainly focuses on strengthening publicity and guidance,creating a strong atmosphere of professionalism,actively improving laws and regulations related to the teaching profession,fully tapping social professionalism resources,actively playing a role model,demonstration and leading role,and building a sound professionalism evaluation system At the school level,efforts are mainly focused on optimizing the educational structure of normal students ’ curriculum,creating a good campus dedication and cultural environment,strengthening the professional ethics of college teachers,and enriching teaching resources and space for professionalism;at the individual level,mainly from The four aspects of knowing,believing and doing are to establish the correct cognition of professional dedication,enhance the emotional identification of professionalism,strengthen the sense of belief of professionalism,and enhance self-dedication in practice.
