Research On Heilongjiang Provincial Government Promoting The Optimization Of The Demand Of The Aged Group In Government APP

China has accelerated into a digital era driven by digital government,supported by the digital economy,and driven by the digital society.At the same time,The degree of aging in China is also deepening day by day.The collision between digitization and aging has formed an insurmountable "digital divide",therefore,the optimization of aging service supply has become an urgent issue for local governments to solve.Nowadays,government app have become the main means of building a digital government and serving the people.However,the aging level of government apps in Heilongjiang province is still in its infancy,and compared with the provinces with the leading level of domestic government service integration,Heilongjiang province is still in a relatively backward state,and the gap of aging content is relatively large.How to optimize the supply of aging government apps in Heilongjiang province requires a comprehensive understanding of the needs of elderly users in government app services,in order to better utilize digital information technology to provide more assistance to elderly users and achieve their expectations for a better new life.It has very important research value.Taking the main government apps in Heilongjiang province as the research object,according to the actual needs of elderly users in Heilongjiang province,Kano mode,which is commonly used in academia,is selected and studied by qualitative and quantitative methods.Make demand item assumptions for relevant contents in the policy documents,then extract the demand items by in depth interviews,and extracting and organizing aging demand items for government apps using the Kano model.Use SPSS to analyze effective data and obtain the classification of the Kano model’s hierarchy of requirements.Then through the better worse coefficient and quartile bitmap,the Hierarchical database model of the government’s elderly user demand in Heilongjiang province is constructed.Based on the above research,it is planned to study the service function provision of the main government app and its special area suitable for the elderly in Heilongjiang province by means of online research and physical experience.By analyzing the current supply situation of government apps suitable for the elderly in Heilongjiang province,the following basic conclusions are obtained:First,the various requirements of elderly users for government app services based on Kano model;The second is to describe the aging service supply characteristics of the government apps for the elderly users in Heilongjiang province.The third is to analyze the problems and reasons of the aging supply of government apps in Heilongjiang province.From the comparison between the survey results of this paper and the aging settings of government apps,There is a big deviation between the settings of the aging area of the government apps in Heilongjiang province and the needs of the elderly user group,and there is a supply gap in many service contents.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.Through the research in this paper,the application field of the Kano model can be further expanded,and it can also provide certain theoretical support for the aging adaptation construction of government apps by the Heilongjiang provincial government.
