| In the context of increasing ageing,there is a rising demand for products to help the elderly age at home.The main research objective of this paper is to design a senior care service robot with high user satisfaction by combining user demand mining methods and innovation methods with user demand as the driving force;at the same time,a product innovation design model based on online review mining,Kano model theory and TRIZ theory integration is constructed to solve the conversion problem between demand analysis and product innovation methods.Firstly,the literature is reviewed to sort out the usage and research results of online review mining and TRIZ theory,and a product innovation process model is constructed.Then,the competitive product analysis and product function analysis of the products related to the elderly care service robot are carried out,the design status and problems are understood,the functional model is constructed,and the cutting is carried out based on TRIZ theory;At the same time,it crawls and analyzes the comments of intelligent home-based elderly care products,obtains the user’s concerns,calculates the satisfaction coefficient by using Kano questionnaire,constructs the user demand sensitivity matrix,and obtains the key needs to improve user satisfaction.Finally,the initial design goal is obtained by comprehensively analyzing the functional model and user requirements.Using TRIZ theory,find the appropriate invention principle,and determine the function and implementation mode. |
