Research On The Role Of The Government In The Development Of The Wine Industry In The Eastern Foothills Of Helan,Ningxia

The eastern foothills of Helan in Ningxia are recognized by the industry as one of the most suitable golden areas for growing wine grapes and producing high-end wine in the world.At present,the eastern foothills of Helan in Ningxia have formed the wine producing area with the highest concentration of grape cultivation,the largest number of wineries,and the largest cluster development of winery products in China.Wine has also become a beautiful regional brand for Ningxia to talk to the world and gain a global understanding of Ningxia.The rapid development of the wine industry and surrounding areas in the eastern foothills of Helan,Ningxia is closely related to the role played by the government.The Management Committee of Ningxia Helan East foothills Wine Industry Park has not only vigorously carried out measures such as enterprise linkage,agricultural supermarket docking,and investment attraction,but also actively built platforms and established infrastructure for the development of the wine industry.However,overall,there are still some situations where the government’s role is not fully utilized.Therefore,this article attempts to analyze the role played by the autonomous region government in promoting the development of the wine industry in the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain,as well as the difficulties that the government faces in promoting the development of the industry.It proposes positive suggestions and countermeasures for the development of the wine industry and the comprehensive play and optimization of the government’s role,in order to better promote the development of the wine industry in our region.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,research review at home and abroad,research content and research methods;The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis,which mainly summarizes the core concepts of wine industry and government role in this paper,and then introduces the core theories used in this paper,including government intervention theory,effective government theory and industrial cluster theory;The third chapter is the analysis of the role of the government in the wine industry at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia;The fourth chapter is about the problems in the development of the wine industry in the east foot of Helan Mountain;The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the development of the wine industry at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain,that is,the targeted suggestions given for the current problems,that is,the government should give support to the industrial development,the government should formulate a talent strategy,the government should strictly supervise the market,the government should coordinate the industrial development,and the government should accurately position its role.
