Along with our comprehensive deepening of reform and the advancement of the construction of service-oriented government,Grassroots public security opportunities not only play a vital role in the maintenance of social harmony and stability,but also shoulder the job of creating a good environment for deepening reform and development of the whole society.To improve the quality and efficiency of public security work,improving the policing efficiency of grass-roots public security organs is the key channel,which is also closely related to the realization of the social governance ability and the modernization of the governance system of public security organs and the harmony and stability of society.Following the research idea of "problem finding-problem analysis-problem solving",this study adopts literature analysis to understand the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on police effectiveness,sorts out related concepts and theoretical basis.On this basis,the current situation of police effectiveness of "one command room,two Police teams" in Q city Police Station is understood through field investigation.Based on this,a questionnaire is designed to investigate the problems existing in the police effectiveness of "one command room,two Police teams" in Q city Police Station.At the same time,the specific causes of the problems resulting in the police effectiveness are analyzed in depth combined with personnel interviews.Through the investigation,it is found that the current problems of "one command room,two Police teams" police effectiveness are mainly reflected in the inadaptation of the overall capability to the new situation,the lack of coordination and cooperation between teams and offices,the lack of motivation leading to the lack of work motivation,the low participation of the masses in basic work,and the weak supervision of police work.Based on the analysis of interview information,it is found that the main reasons leading to the problems are the lack of post competence of the police,the lack of coordination mechanism between the team and the office,the unscientific incentive mechanism of the police,the weak consciousness of community participation,and the relatively imperfect supervision system.At the same time,combined with the current successful experience,the author puts forward some countermeasures,such as improving the overall service ability,perfecting the coordination mechanism of team and office,establishing a scientific incentive system,gathering diverse forces to participate.To further improve the effectiveness of "one command room,two Police teams" in Q city Police Station.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to put forward a new idea that can promote the police effectiveness of "one command room,two Police teams" in Q city Public Security Police Station,better construct the police effectiveness system,effectively solve practical problems,meet practical needs,and stimulate the work vitality and combat effectiveness of the police of "one command room,two Police teams" in Q city Public Security Police Station.
