Integrating theory with practice is a vivid manifestation of dialectical materialist epistemology in China’s discourse system.It not only carries the cultural gene of the Chinese nation since ancient times and glitters with the truth of Marxism,but also vividly interprets the great party building spirit of the Chinese Communists to understand the world and China,and then transform China and the world.From the perspective of epistemology,the style of integrating theory with practice shows that the Chinese Communists regard practice as a bridge between Marxism and China’s reality and the original driving force to promote the innovation of Marxist theory,and consciously recognize and develop truth in practice.From the perspective of methodology,the style of integrating theory with practice shows that the Chinese Communists consciously understand and apply Marxist truth in practice,constantly explore the Chinese road,create a Marxist theoretical system with Chinese characteristics,and then solve China’s specific problems.The connection between "theory" and "reality"needs to follow the following principles:take a clear-cut stand in politics,conduct comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research,always maintain an objective and calm mind,adhere to the perspective of development,and grasp the main contradictions and the main aspects of contradictions.Rural grassroots party organization is the leading core of rural society of our country,is the party battle fortress at the grassroots level.The realization of rural vitalization strategy is testing the organizational strength of rural primary party organizations.According to the report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC,"We should focus on improving organizational strength,highlight political functions,and constantly strengthen the building of grassroots Party organizations." Therefore,it is of great value in theory and practice to study the organizational strength construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations under the background of rural revitalization strategy.The organizational force of rural grass-roots Party organizations is mainly composed of four abilities:political leadership,organizational mobilization,development impetus and self-innovation.The strength of these four abilities is related to the survival of the party organization and the success or failure of the rural revitalization strategy.The Marxist classic writers’ thoughts on the construction of the organizational capacity of the primary Party have laid a solid theoretical foundation for the CPC to further explore the construction of the organizational capacity.In the course of more than 100 years of revolution,construction and reform,the Party has continuously strengthened the self-building of rural grass-roots Party organizations in combination with historical tasks in different periods,and accumulated rich experience in improving organizational capacity.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,rural grassroots Party organizations are facing unprecedented environmental changes.On the one hand,the Party’s emphasis on the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,comprehensive strict governance of the Party,rapid economic and social development and rural cultural construction have brought great opportunities for rural grassroots Party organizations to lead rural revitalization with organizational power.On the other hand,talent challenges brought about by urbanization,transformation challenges brought about by digitalization,and governance challenges brought about by individualization have also brought many difficulties for rural grassroots Party organizations to improve their organizational strength.By means of questionnaire and interview,three village in shandong province at the present situation of the country under the strategy of rejuvenating the countryside basic-level party organization work,we summed up the rural grass-root party organization leading the country revitalization of the results,which have been obtained and analyzed the current rural grass-root party organization construction there are still some problems,Such as leadership core position is not outstanding enough,service guarantee function play insufficient,the ability to promote development needs to be improved,the education and management of party members need to be further strengthened.Primary-level Party organizations in rural areas should have the courage to face up to and admit the various problems existing in the process of leading rural revitalization.By strengthening the Party’s organizational strength and forging the political quality and ability of its members,primary-level Party organizations in rural areas should become the leaders and promoters of various undertakings in rural areas.Primary-level Party organizations in rural areas can enhance their political leadership by highlighting their political functions,strengthening the team building of leaders of primary-level Party organizations in rural areas,and strengthening their leadership over other organizations in the village.By innovating the establishment mode of rural grassroots party organizations,promoting the construction of rural grassroots democracy,and giving play to the function of service guarantee to enhance the organization mobilization power;To enhance the driving force of development by strengthening economic development,cultural leadership and social governance;By strengthening the construction of Party members,serious organization of life,strengthen the basic security and other ways to enhance...
