Research On The Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the first major decision and deployment made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The formation of rural revitalization strategy is not a one-day achievement,but the crystallization of the party and the country’s long-term and in-depth exploration of the development direction of the “three rural” issues.This strategy follows the law of the development of the village itself,and is a systematic plan that reflects the will of the masses and is suitable for rural progress.Rural revitalization became a buzzword when the hands of the clock turned to October 2017.Rural revitalization is not an isolated,single policy measure,but an important part of my country’s modernization drive goals.As pointed out by General Secretary Xi Jinping,by 2035,agricultural and rural modernization and socialist modernization will be basically realized;by 2050,rural revitalization and socialist modernization will be fully realized.It can be seen that the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy is to make up for the shortcomings of the modernization construction.However,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is inseparable from the leadership of the party.How the rural grassroots party organizations strengthen the construction of the system largely determines whether the“construction plan”of the rural revitalization strategy can be turned into a “real picture”as scheduled.Rural grassroots party organizations not only play a leading and commanding role in rural revitalization,but also serve as liaison and cooperation centers for rural revitalization.Facts have proved that if the rural grass-roots party organizations are well built,their own advantages can be transformed into the advantages of rural revitalization and development.If the rural grassroots party organizations are not well built,the rural revitalization cause will not be able to obtain strong support.Guided by the methods of literature research,historical research,and systematic research,and with the background of rural revitalization,the article analyzes a series of problems in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.First of all,the article explains the basic connotation,important status,main functions,construction content of rural grass-roots party organizations,as well as the general goal,general requirements,general principles,and general principles of rural revitalization,and profoundly reveals the relationship between rural revitalization and rural grass-roots party organizations.Secondly,it summarizes the practical history and valuable experience of rural grass-roots party organization construction for more than 70 years since the founding of New China,and leads to new tasks for rural grass-roots party organization construction in the new development stage.Thirdly,it points out the necessity of strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations from two aspects: first,rural grass-roots party organizations can provide a solid guarantee for rural revitalization,and second,rural revitalization puts forward new requirements for the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.Finally,it analyzes the problems existing in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations and the reasons for the problems in the context of rural revitalization from various aspects,and puts forward specific suggestions and measures.The main problems are that the political functions of the rural grass-roots party organizations are not fully exerted,the team building needs to be strengthened,the efforts to carry out work are uneven,and the people’s concept is not strong enough.The reason for the problem is that some party members and cadres are not firm in their ideals and beliefs,the aging trend of party members and cadres is becoming more and more obvious,the work promotion mechanism within the party organization is not perfect,and the phenomenon of “familialization” in the party organization still exists.In order to improve the quality of rural grass-roots party organization construction,we should actively respond to it in terms of highlighting political functions,strengthening team building,innovating working mechanisms,and improving the system of contacting and serving the masses.
