Food is the lifeline of the Party,the government,the military and the people,and is an important strategic material to guarantee the victory of the war.After the outbreak of the Liberation War,Shandong Liberation Area,as an important strategic location,became the main battlefield for both the Communist Party and the Kuomintang,and was responsible for the food supply of millions of soldiers and civilians,the severity of the war situation and the urgency of the task made the food supply work particularly important.In order to ensure the orderly development of food supply,the liberated areas of Shandong carried out a lot of exploration and practice,and overcame many difficulties to finally complete the supply of hundreds of millions of jins of grain,which provided a solid
