Study On Cultural Construction In Central And South Shandong Liberation(1945—1949)

During the War of Liberation,the cultural construction of the liberated areas in the middle and south of Shandong Province was an important part of the cause of the new democratic cultural construction and played a vital role in the construction and development of the liberated areas.The cultural construction of the liberated areas in the middle and south of Shandong Province is in line with the central task of the Party to serve the overall situation,always adhere to the unity of the Party’s leadership,highlight the subjectivity of the people,and serve the practicability of war and production.Adhere to the mass line,strengthen the people’s political identity to the party,and train high-quality cadres to serve the people in cultural practice.It has further consolidated the people’s power in the liberated areas,laid an important foundation for the victory of the War of Liberation and the establishment of a new China,and accumulated valuable experience for the construction of socialist culture.The construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and social construction in the new era have certain reference significance.This thesis makes full use of the literature files and local historical records,combines the summary of historical materials with theoretical interpretation,and provides historical reference and inspiration for the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In addition to the introduction,there are five parts:The first chapter summarizes the basic theoretical viewpoints of Marxist classical writers on cultural construction,which is the theoretical basis of this thesis.The second chapter combs the historical background of cultural construction in the liberated areas of central and southern Shandong during the War of Liberation from three aspects: literature and art,education,propaganda,health and science and technology;The fourth chapter discusses the basic characteristics of the cultural construction in the liberated areas of central and southern Shandong during the War of Liberation,which are three aspects: adhering to the unity of the Party’s leadership,serving the practicability of war and production,and highlighting the subjectivity of the people.The main experiences summarized are: constantly strengthening the people’s political identity to the Communist Party in cultural construction,closely cooperating with the Party’s central task to serve the overall situation,and actively cultivating cadres who serve the people.These experiences enlighten us that in the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we must adhere to the Party’s centralized and unified leadership,adhere to the people-centered concept and the Party’s mass line,and carry forward and inherit revolutionary cultural traditions.Strengthen cultural confidence and build a socialist cultural power.
