Research On Organizational Strength Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under The Perspective Of Comprehensive Promotion Of Rural Revitalization

In the report of the 20 th Party Congress,it is pointed out that a tight organizational system is where the strength and power of the Party lies.It is emphasized that the focus should be on enhancing organizational strength,effectively integrating the forces within the organization,and enhancing the ability to serve the people.The Party’s grass-roots organizations are the basis for ensuring that the Party’s lines,guidelines,policies,decisions and deployments are implemented,and are the basic strength of the Party’s leadership in rural areas.At present,there are rich theoretical results on the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations,but there are not many comprehensive and systematic research results in the context of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.The article will focus on "the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in the context of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization",adhering to Marxist theories and methods as the theoretical foundation,applying the basic theories and methods of party construction,political science and social management,using literature research method,induction and summary method and survey analysis method,and following the basic research idea of "identifying problems-analyzing problems-solving problems".The basic research idea is "identify the problem-analyze the problem-solve the problem".Through sorting out the basic meaning of rural grass-roots party organizations and organizational strength of rural grass-roots party organizations,clarifying the new requirements for the construction of organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations in the new era of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,then analyzing the problems in the construction of organizational strength of rural grass-roots party organizations,and then proposing the solution paths for the existing problems,hoping to enrich the theory of organizational strength of rural grass-roots party organizations and play a reference role for promoting rural revitalization.The hope is to enrich the theory of organizational strength of rural grass-roots party organizations and promote rural revitalization with reference.The strategy of rural revitalization is the general grasp of the work of "three rural areas" in the new era and a major decision of the Communist Party of China to build the rural area.The grass-roots party organizations are the foundation of all the Party’s work in rural areas and the executors of all affairs,and they are also the core and key force of rural revitalization.From the perspective of historical development,the construction of organizational power of rural grass-roots Party organizations has experienced the period of New Democratic Revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the period of reform and opening up,and the new era,and a large amount of theoretical and practical experiences deposited in the historical development have promoted the improvement of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations.This thesis analyzes the current situation of the construction of organizational power of rural grass-roots Party organizations,and finds that the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations is mainly in This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of grassroots party organizations in rural areas and finds that the construction of rural grassroots party organizations is mainly problematic in the areas of political construction,self-innovation of party members,mobilization and call of the people,and leading rural development,etc.It emphasizes that the new requirements for the construction of grassroots party organizations in the new era should be combined with the six aspects of political leadership,development promotion,self-innovation,organizational coverage,social call and mass cohesion to strengthen the construction of organizational power,and to call on the masses of farmers to actively participate in grassroots construction and New rural construction,to achieve national prosperity,national rejuvenation and people’s happiness.
