Study On The Enhancement Of Mass Organizational Power Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly puts forward: "Continuously enhance the Party’s political leadership,ideological leadership,mass organisation and social appeal to ensure that our Party will always remain vigorous and powerful".Close contact and unity with the people is a strong political advantage of the Communist Party of China,and the building of rural grassroots party organisations and close contact with the masses is an essential attribute of Marxist parties.As China’s development enters a new era,many aspects of the social structure,relationships and contradictions in rural areas have changed,making rural grass-roots party organisations face problems such as the complexity of the interests and demands of the masses and the diversification of cultural patterns,and the building of the Party’s organisational strength of the masses faces new difficulties and challenges.At present,there is a wide range of studies on rural grassroots party organizations to enhance the organizational power of the masses,but there are few systematic studies from the perspective of rural revitalization.Therefore,to comprehensively summarize the practice and experience of rural grassroots Party organizations in enhancing the organizational power of the masses under the rural revitalization strategy,and then propose a practical path for rural grassroots Party organizations to enhance the organizational power of the masses in the new era,is not only an enrichment and expansion of the CPC’s theory of mass organizational power,but also a response and tracking of the new tasks and challenges in the new era,and is more important for combining the new national,Party and people’s conditions and promoting Chinese style agricultural and rural It is also of great theoretical and practical significance in taking the mass route in promoting Chinese agricultural and rural modernization in the light of new national,Party and public conditions.This paper is divided into five parts,the main contents of which are as follows:Chapter 1,The introductory section.Firstly,the purpose and significance of the study are presented.Secondly,a summary of the current state of research at home and abroad is presented on the organisational strength of rural grassroots party organisations.Finally,the research line,methodology and innovation of this paper are introduced.Chapter 2,Basic concepts and basic theories.Firstly,the basic concepts of rural revitalization strategy and mass organizational power are clarified;secondly,the important discussions on the construction of mass organizational power by Marx,Engels,Lenin,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao,Xi Jinping and other classic Marxist writers and successive leaders of the Communist Party of China are explored;finally,the requirements of rural revitalization strategy and the requirements of the Party’s own development are analyzed in terms of the importance of rural grassroots Party organizations Finally,the importance of building the organisational power of the masses is analysed from the perspective of the requirements of the rural revitalisation strategy and the Party’s own development.Chapter 3: The current situation of the mass organisational power of the Party organisation in Village D of Quanzhou County,Guangxi.Through field research in Village D of Quanzhou County,Guangxi,the main practices and effectiveness of the building of mass organisational power of Party organisations in Village D are summarised in terms of organisational function,organisational foundation,organisational positions and organisational methods.Chapter 4: Analysis of the problems and causes of the organisational strength of the Party in Village D of Quanzhou County,Guangxi.According to the research on the organisational power of the Party organisation in Village D,there are still some problems,mainly in the following areas: political leadership is not strong enough;mass cohesion is weak;social appeal is relatively poor;and development promotion is lacking.The main reasons for the problems of mass organizing power are: the overall quality and ability of party members is not high;the promotion of rural revitalization by party building is not strong;and the guidance from higher party organizations to rural party organizations is insufficient.Chapter 5,the path to improve the organisational power of rural grassroots Party organisations under the rural revitalisation strategy.In response to the research results in Chapters 3 and 4,it is proposed that to enhance the mass organizing power of rural grassroots Party organizations under the rural revitalization strategy,the political function of rural grassroots Party organizations should be continuously enhanced to improve political leadership;to enhance the mass working skills of rural grassroots Party organizations to improve mass cohesion;to innovate the mass working methods of rural grassroots Party organizations to improve social appeal;to strengthen rural grassroots Party organizations to promote rural revitalization to improve The Party’s ability to promote development will be enhanced.
