Research On Health Care Service Issues In Elderly Care Institutions In Yichun Cit

The growing trend of aging has brought great pressure to the health and wellness service industry of pension institutions in Yichun City.This paper collects data about the current situation of pension institutions in Yichun City by means of questionnaire,so as to provide data basis for the analysis and research on the health and wellness service problems of pension institutions in Yichun City.This paper first defines the three concepts of health and wellness care,elderly care institutions and health and wellness care in elderly care institutions,and discusses the connotation of the three concepts,and expounds the three basic theories related to health and wellness services in elderly care institutions.Based on the data statistics of the questionnaire survey on the health care service of pension institutions in Yichun City,the current basic situation of the health care service of pension institutions in Yichun City is analyzed.At the same time,the collected questionnaire data is sorted and analyzed,and then the problems hindering the development of the health care service of pension institutions in Yichun City are found,and the causes of these problems are analyzed.Through the research,it is found that the main problems facing the nursing service of pension institutions in Yichun are the high empty bed rate,the insufficient supply of medical resources,the low level of nursing service of pension institutions and the lack of nursing service types.The reasons for such problems are as follows: insufficient supply of related policies of health care service,deviation of cognition of health care service,high operating cost of health care service,low integration degree of health care resources,lack of establishment of health care personnel training system and neglect of the diversity of health care service.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted and feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the health care service of the aged institutions in Yichun City: Establish the correct concept of health care service,strengthen the government’s support for health care service,improve the ability of old-age care institutions to combine medical care with nursing care,enrich the content of health care service in old-age care institutions,and strengthen the construction of health care service personnel.It is hoped that the above countermeasures can help the development of health care services for the elderly in Yichun.
