With the deepening of reform and opening up,we have ushered in a great change in the new era.Since the Party put forward the major theoretical innovation of "innovating the social governance system",we have consistently pushed social governance in the direction of modernization under the leadership of the Party.This has stimulated social vitality and made a series of achievements,but this does not mean that social governance is a complete success.The twenty major reports pointed out that there are still key and difficult points,as well as pain points,in the practice of social governance,namely "smooth and standardize the channels for the expression of people’s appeals,interest coordination,and rights and interests protection",which provides a target and platform for the flexible function of ideological and political education to play,and also provides a possibility for the integration of ideological and political education and social governance.We will work towards the goal of building a community of social governance in which everyone has responsibilities,responsibilities and benefits.Based on the relevant principles of Marxism,the relevant discourse of Sinicized Marx and the principles of ideological and political education,this paper explores the strong basis for the combination of ideological and political education and social governance.From the three perspectives of concept,relationship and functional characteristics,the puzzle of social governance function of ideological and political education is uncovered,and pave the way for future path research.In addition,it explored ideological and political education from four aspects,and made ideological preparation for the public’s appeal expression and interest coordination by giving full play to the social governance functions of value guidance,moral regulation,relationship coordination and vitality stimulation.In the last chapter of this paper,the author focuses on what Angle can be used to optimize the current practice path under the complex social environment,and analyzes the actual reasons that hinder the ideological and political education in social governance,and finds that every field of social governance needs the flexible way of ideological and political education.According to the restrictive factors,it puts forward the implementation path from four perspectives:strengthening political guarantee,optimizing governance environment,optimizing team construction and enriching operation carrier.It is hoped that through this study,more people can pay attention to this subject and promote the ideological and political education social governance function in practice more effectively.
