Investigation Report On The Present Situation Of Zhejiang County-Level Convergence Media Center’s Participation In Grassroots Social Governance

The construction task of Chinese county-level convergence media centers is an important part of the national media integration strategy.The county-level convergence media center is an important information platform at the grass-roots level,which has natural advantages in participating in the process of grass-roots social governance.The construction of county-level convergence media centers has been basically realized and achieved initial results in Zhejiang Province.However,the participation of most county-level convergence media centers in grassroots social governance is an important innovation based on the in-depth integration development of media and the realization of grass-roots social governance.Then,it is still in the initial stage.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the ways to improve the participation of county-level convergence media centers in grass-roots social governance.This paper is divided by five parts.The first part is the introduction about introducing the research background,research content,research methods and other contents,and analyzing documents about the relevant theories of "county-level convergence media center" and "grassroots social governance".The second chapter is an overview of the participation of the countylevel convergence media center in grass-roots social governance in Zhejiang Province.It sorts out the development of the county-level convergence media center in grass-roots social governance since its establishment,and analyzes the audience’s use of the governance function of the county-level convergence media center.The third chapter discusses the deficiencies in the construction of county-level convergence media centers in Zhejiang Province.The fourth chapter,through specific case analysis and the author’s research experience,further explores the difficulties faced by Zhejiang county-level convergence media centers in participating in grass-roots social governance practices.The fifth chapter puts forward targeted suggestions on how the county-level convergence media center can effectively participate in grass-roots social practice.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is to accelerate the integration of county-level convergence media centers into grass-roots social governance,reshape the service system is the foundation,the key is emotional empowerment and enhance social identity are the methods,and innovative talent training.
