| With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy and the continuous development of the reform is fully in-depth,providing a lot of opportunities and challenges to China’s non-public economic development,In response to the new economic and social development model and the dynamic adjustment of the social structure,China has gradually bred many new social organizations,and the Chamber of Commerce is the iconic group of such new social organizations.as the Chamber of Commerce organizes in various forms of industry,regional groups,and its responsibility and obligations in social development have gradually emerged.The report of the 19th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that the main task at present is to do a good job in the party building of social organizations and give full play to their function of fighting fortress.The incorporation of party organizations into the Chamber of Commerce is a vivid interpretation of the instructions of the CPC Central Committee.This paper is a typical case in Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce in Xi’an.It uses field investment,interview chamber of staff and members to analyze their party construction work status,based on the main problems in the realities in the realities of the Chamber of Commerce,The method of field visit and interview with members of the chamber of Commerce to its party builds work condition to launch concrete analysis.And based on Xi ’an Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce in the Party building work problems,look for feasible solutions,thus promoting the effective development of Party building in regional chamber of commerce.The current research on party building mainly focuses on the research on grass-roots party building.As a new field in party building research,chamber of commerce party building has certain research value.The research of this paper mainly involves the following four aspects:First,from a macro perspective,it clarifies the attributes and functional positioning of chambers of commerce and grassroots party building,and further emphasizes the necessity of party building of chambers of commerce.Secondly,taking the party building work of the Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce in Xi’an as an example,sorting out the current situation of its party building and meeting building,fully affirming the work effectiveness of the current chamber of commerce party organizations in self-building,party member party spirit training,etc.,and their determination to actively move closer to the Communist Party of China,and further Explore the problems and causes of the lag in the development of the party organization of the chamber of commerce.The main problems are the weakening of the party organization of the chamber of commerce,self-construction still needs to be improved,and the role of the party organization is not prominent.The fundamental reason is that the party building work of the chamber of commerce started late.The institutional system is not mature,The object of party building is complex,the values are difficult to unify,and it is difficult to carry out party building activities without the activity carrier.Finally,in view of the current problems in the party building work of the chamber of commerce,a series of practical methods with universality,effectiveness and feasibility are explored.In carrying out the party building work of the Chamber of Commerce under the new situation,it is necessary to strengthen the basic theoretical positions,viewpoints and methods of Marxism,implement the important instructions on party building work in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and achieve leapfrog progress in building a new platfonn,creating new experiences,and gathering new energy.When carrying out party building work,it is necessary to combine it with the business function of the Chamber of Commerce,rather than examining the relationship between the Chamber of Commerce and the Communist Party of China from a closed perspective,strengthen the connection between the two,promote the scientific and healthy development of the organization of the Chamber of Commerce,unite,guide and serve member units,integrate the party building work into all aspects of the operation of the Chamber of Commerce,and truly realize the same frequency resonance between the economic function of the Chamber of Commerce and the political function of party building.Enhance the trust and support of the members of the Chamber of Commerce for the Communist Party of China,and their deep understanding of national policies and social systems,so that they can more consciously transform the new theories and new policies of the Communist Party of China into their own new behaviors,and work together to complete the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
