Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Smart Community Correction Construction In Y City

With the development of modern information technology with big data,the Internet and blockchain as the core,people’s thinking mode of production and life has undergone profound changes.They are constantly exploring the integration of science and technology into the process of national governance and the construction of the rule of law,and social governance is developing towards informatization and intelligence.In 2018,the Ministry of Justice held a nationwide video conference on network security and information construction,studied and deployed the work of "digital rule of law and smart justice",and put forward the concept of "Smart community correction" for the first time.On July 1,2020,China"Community Correction Law" was officially implemented.The general provisions highlight the state’s support for community correction institutions to improve the level of informatization,and clarify the work responsibilities of relevant departments of community correction.Subsequently,the Justice Department of Jiangsu Province actively responded to the national policy and introduced the "one three three model",emphasizing the impact of scientific and technological support elements on the high-quality development of community correction.The power of "smarts" cannot be ignored.This paper takes the construction of smart community correction in Y City,a county-level city,as the research object,adopts the method of questionnaire survey,interview and combines the actual work to investigate the subjects involved in smart community correction,analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the construction of smart community correction in Y City,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The purpose is to enrich the systematic research results of smart community correction construction,promote the high-quality development of community correction,achieve joint construction,governance and sharing,and maintain social harmony and stability.Firstly,through a review of domestic and international research,understood the current status of academic research on smart community correction.Secondly,the basic situation of the construction of smart community correction in Y city was introduced,as well as the preliminary results achieved in terms of regulatory efficiency,personalized correction,and collaborative governance.Thirdly,it was found that there are problems in Y city,such as weak strength of the smart community correction team,failure to share information between departments,incomplete hardware equipment for smart community correction,and defects in the smart community correction information management platform.The main reasons for these problems are insufficient attention from the competent department,incomplete multi entity linkage mechanism,insufficient guarantee of smart community correction funds,and low level of information technology application.Finally,based on the above analysis,this article aims to meet the requirements for the construction of smart community correction.Based on learning from the experience of excellent smart community correction construction at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Y city,under the guidance of synergetic governance theory,digital governance theory and label theory,it proposes a path to further improve the construction of smart community correction in Y city:strengthen the construction of smart community correction talent team,unblock the sharing channels of smart community correction information,complete the hardware facilities for smart community correction and optimize the smart community correction information management platform.
