Study On Synergetic Governance Mechanism Of Community Correction In L Town

As a new way of penalty execution,community correction puts criminals in the society for reform,which effectively reduces the penalty cost,improves the penalty system,and embodies the value orientation of people-oriented.However,in the process of implementation,it is more and more difficult to adapt to the diversified needs of community correction mainly relying on the government management mode.It is urgent for the society and the market main body to participate in and work together to do a good job of supervision and education assistance in the integration and play the functional advantages of various social elements,so as to improve the effectiveness of community correction governance.This thesis takes community correction as the research object in L town,on the basis of combing the relevant literature of community correction,from the perspective of synergetic governance,the thesis studies the synergetic governance mechanism of community correction at the grass-roots level.In the process of research,the thesis uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and interview.On the basis of comprehensive understanding of the status quo of community correction in L Town,the thesis objectively analyzes the existing problems,and analyzes the deep reasons of the problems based on the relevant theoretical guidance,and finally puts forward the building of synergetic governance environment.The author hopes to make a modest contribution to the synergetic governance of community correction from particularity to Generality by strengthening the construction of community correction management subject,strengthening the construction of social subject,building the synergetic governance mechanism of community correction,innovating management mode,exploring the model of "grid +community correction".
